Prof. Dr. Rushami Zien Yusoff is currently a Professor at School of Technology Management and Logistics at Universiti Utara Malaysia. He was the Assistant Vice-Chancellor for the UUM College of Business and the Dean for the School of Business Management from 2011 to 2016. He obtained his PhD from University of Bradford, UK. He is active in teaching/training, consultancy, and research in quality management, technology management, strategic management, health management and service marketing. He conducts training and consultancy for over 400 local and international organisations. Prof Rushami successfully supervised the completion of more than 50 Phd students throughout his 33 years in academia. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of ISO / TC 176 / SC 2 - Quality Systems, a Standard Development body responsible for development, establishment, and enchancement of ISO 9001 for worldwide application.

Mohd Rizal Razalli joined Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2000 as a tutor and climbed the ranks to receive an appointment as an Associate Professor in 2014. Currently he is the Deputy Dean for the school who is responsible for KPIs and quality matters such as COPPA, AACSB, ISO 9001, 5S, and KIK. He is also an internal auditor for ISO 9001 for UUM since 2014 as well as a certified trainer for the Halal Assurance System. His research interest includes service operations management, service supply chain management, quality services, green management, Halal management, and agile management. He is a trainer for Management Effectiveness Assessment Tool (MEAT) for Malaysia as well as involved in other training courses, such as business process reengineering, organisational transformation, balanced scorecard, lean management, and Halal management. At present, he has completed over 40 research projects related to his area of study and has published more than 50 articles in refereed journals and proceedings, as well as five books.

Dr. Shahimi Mohtar is a Professor at the School of Technology Management and Logistics (STML), UUM College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He gained early exposure in the industry as an engineer in various institutions prior to becoming an academician. Upon joining UUM in 1997, his passion in teaching and research drives him to excel as an academician to a higher continuum, when he obtain his professorship in Supply Chain and Logistic Management in 2016. His contribution includes numerous scholarly works, particularly in the field of Innovation Management, Project Quality Management, and Supply Chain & Technology Management. Currently, Prof. Dr. Shahimi serves as the Dean of STML since 2015. Under his charismatic leadership, STML has achieved higher degrees of achievements and various recognitions, following its mission to be an eminent institution in the field of technology, operations management, and logistics.

Dr Norlena is currently attached to the Universiti Utara Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Campus as the Deputy Director (Academic). Previously, she was a senior lecturer and Postgraduate Coordinator in STML, College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia, specialising in the field of Operations Management. Equipped with work experience of more than 20 years, Dr Norlena has actively been involved in teaching, research, publication, as well as consultation. Her research interests include Service Innovation, Business Process Reengineering, Process Improvement, and Performance.

Assoc. Prof. Sr. Dr. Mohd Nasrun Mohd Nawi holds a PhD the field of Construction Project Management from the University of Salford, UK. As an academician and a fully qualified Building Surveyor, he has been active in research and consultation works relating to the areas of Modern Method of Construction (Industrialised or offsite manufacturing), Integrated Design Delivery Solution (i.e., Integrated Project Delivery, Building Information Modelling, Value Management, Lean Construction) and Building Performance (i.e., Energy Saving, Management, and Audit). As a result of his active involvement in research publication, he has successfully published approximately 300 articles, chapters in academic books, and conference proceedings.

Dr. Zakaria Abas is a Professor of Strategic Management Accounting, Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz School of Accountancy (TISSA), UUM College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He is attached at the Centre of University-Industry Collaboration as Principal Research Fellow. He has vast experience and exposure. Among others, he has served as the Special Advisor to the Honourable Minister of Higher Education from 1 October 2010 until 31 September 2012. His roles as the advisor, among others, is to give advice on formulation of policy on establishing sustainable strategic collaboration initiatives among universities, communities, and industries, in light of facilitating the successful implementation of National Higher Education Strategic Planning for the Critical Agenda Project Academia-Industry. Currently Dr. Zakaria is actively engaged in top-down policy research granted by the Economic Planning Unit, Prime Minister’s Department and The Ministry of Higher Education.
